The tension we hold in our muscles is unreleased emotion causing blockages throughout the body.

The reason we practice asana is to release these blockages to allow energy to flow more freely through the body and to be able to sit for longer periods in meditation.

Stillness after movement allows for deeper relaxation with greater benefits.

When you attend an Energy In Motion Yoga session you aren't just coming to stretch. These sessions are a whole experience carefully curated with upmost intention from the safe & scenic environment to the wonderful sounds & scents surrounding the space.
